Application Deadline
The registration deadline for exhibitors/sponsors is Friday, September 5, or once capacity is reached. A waitlist will be available.
Payment
Sponsors will be invoiced. If you are applying for an exhibit booth only, you can pay by credit card or invoice. If an invoice is preferred, a member of our team will contact you with payment details. Payment must be completed within 30 days of notification to hold your spot.
Cancellation Policy
All exhibitor and sponsorship sales are final. No refunds are available.

By registering for this event, you agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Sponsored Session Information
Sponsored Sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, September 30 from 4 – 4:45 p.m. After your application is received, our team will reach out to request session details.
Exhibitor Booth Notes
An exhibit booth purchase includes one attendee/exhibitor badge. *You can purchase an additional badge for a discounted rate of $125.
We will assign your exhibit table in the weeks leading up to the event. Booths DO NOT include electricity, pipe, drape, or signage. Electricity can be purchased through the Iowa Events Center: www.iowaeventscenter.com/convention-center/eventstickets/exhibit.
IMPORTANT: The exhibit must relate to the topic of school mental health and improving access to mental and emotional well-being resources and services for PreK-12 educators, students, schools, and districts in Iowa.
